Dr. Elizabeth Addesi was born and raised in Vaughan, Ontario. She received her Honours Bachelor of Science degree from York University in 2012. In 2016, she graduated on the Deans Honours List with a Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo. Dr. Addesi also completed an externship in ocular pathology in North Miami Beach, Florida.

Dr. Addesi is a current member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists (OAO) as well as the Canadian Association of Optometrists (CAO). She participates annually in continuing education courses.

Dr. Addesi enjoys playing soccer and spending time with her friends and family.
